IVORY ROCK

Privacy and data handling notice

Effective 26 September 2026

This notice explains how Ivory Rock handles the personal information you send us through ivoryrock.co. Ivory Rock is a sole proprietorship registered in Ghana (business registration BN788040626) and is the controller of this information.

What we collect

When you request a scoping consult, we receive the details you enter: your name, organisation, work email address, area of interest, and your message. We don't use analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

How your request reaches us

The consult form doesn't send anything by itself. It prepares an email in your own email app, addressed to partner@ivoryrock.co, and nothing reaches us unless you send it. Your request is then held in our business email system.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your request, arrange the consult, and, if you decide to go ahead, prepare a proposal. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form and sending your request. We don't sell your information or use it for marketing lists.

How long we keep it

If no engagement follows, we delete your request within 24 months of our last contact. If an engagement follows, your information becomes part of the engagement records and is kept as the contract requires.

Who else is involved

Your rights

Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email partner@ivoryrock.co and we'll respond within the time the Act allows. You can also contact Ghana's Data Protection Commission.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and its effective date.
